Join SMAC Stellenbosch for Strike a Cord, a solo exhibition featuring work by Dani Le Roy.

Dani Le Roy was born in 1977 in Johannesburg, South Africa, and currently resides and works in Cape Town.

She completed a Diploma in Interior Design at the Design Time School of Interior Design in 1999. In 2005, Le Roy held a solo installation showcasing abstract paintings and lighting at Veo Gallery in Cape Town. Le Roy's work has been showcased in several group exhibitions, including "Within the Fold I & II," a traveling exhibition at SMAC Gallery displayed in Stellenbosch and Johannesburg in 2022. In 2023, she participated in "Loud and Clear" at SMAC Gallery in Cape Town, "RMB Latitudes" with SMAC Gallery at Shepstone Gardens in Johannesburg, and "Back in Town" at SMAC Gallery in Cape Town, which marked the opening of the new flagship gallery.

Most recently, in 2024, 2025, and 2026, Le Roy's work was included in SMAC Gallery's booth at the Investec Cape Town Art Fair, held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).
