Best of GradEx presents a curated selection of works by top-performing graduates from the Stellenbosch University Visual Arts Department, class of 2025. GradEx, a graduate exhibition, takes place at the end of each academic year and showcases the work of fourth-year visual art students across the Fine Art, Visual Communication Design, and Jewellery Design disciplines. In this exhibition, art and design are approached as vehicles for conceptual inquiry and visual exploration, with each piece grounded in a strong theoretical foundation that reflects the research component of the graduates’ final year of study.
