Eclectica Contemporary presents two solo exhibitions exploring the generative power of memory, material, and form through distinct contemporary practices.

In All the Places Inside of Me, Jasirah Sayed draws on the symbolic language of the Persian garden to examine memory, identity, and cultural inheritance. Through suspended tapestries, sculptural canvases, and layered collage panels, she brings together family archives, handwritten texts, photographic transfers, and decorative motifs to create immersive environments where personal and collective histories converge. Her contemplative installations invite reflection on remembrance, belonging, and transformation.

In Controlled Rupture, Lars Fischedick explores the physical and conceptual limits of material through sculptural works in carved timber, resin, and metal. Using precision tools alongside the raw force of the axe, he creates surfaces where geometry and disruption coexist. Carved textures, fractured planes, and layered materials reveal the hidden energies within matter, exploring the tension between order and instinct.

Presented as part of HEAT Festival, these exhibitions offer complementary perspectives on transformation, inviting audiences to experience two compelling contemporary practices shaped by memory, materiality, and change.
